In addition, the overall delivery time of TI has basically dropped to 6-8 weeks, except for the automotive industry.
3. MICROCHIP Expands India's Business Layout
It is reported that MICROCHIP has launched a multi-year investment plan, which is to invest about 300 million dollars to expand its business in India, one of the fastest growing centers of the Semiconductor industry in the world. 4. ADI delivery time has been shortened
The overall delivery time of ADI has been gradually shortened, but there is still a gap between the target delivery time of around 13-16 weeks. Currently, the delivery time of ADI's interface isolation IC, amplifier IC, and MAXIM products has been shortened, with delivery times of 20-30 weeks, 12-16 weeks, and 10-36 weeks, respectively. However, the delivery time of amplifier IC has not been significantly improved, and remains around 12-36 weeks. In addition, according to feedback from agents, the current inventory level of products is high, but the bargaining space is limited.
5. Samsung DRAM production drops to the lowest level
According to data, Samsung Electronics' DRAM production has dropped to its lowest level since the third quarter of 2021. In July, the average monthly DRAM production was reduced to 620000 wafers, a year-on-year decrease of more than 12%, and plans to maintain the reduction until next year. Starting from the third quarter, memory inventory will decline comprehensively, which means that the industry may enter a stage where it can seek a price rebound.
6. Reza's overall delivery time is shortened
The overall delivery time of Renesa is gradually shortening. In addition to some specific scarce materials such as R5F and ISL series, the delivery time and supply of H8/300 series MCU are also unstable, and market prices are also significantly increasing. The main demand for Reza is concentrated in automotive materials, such as automotive MCU. Reza plans to invest 48 billion yen to expand MCU production capacity by 10%.
7. Meiguang Q3 net loss of 1.9 billion US dollars
This week, Meguiar announced revenue of $3.75 billion in the third quarter of the 2023 fiscal year ending June 1, but a net loss of $1.9 billion.
